Myself Vishal Rajule and my partner, Mahesh Kotalwar both are basically from animation and multimedia field. It was always our dream to enter into a food or snacks business where variety of famous snacks from different places can be served under one roof. Best quality food at competitive prices was our primary concern. For the same reason we decided to target fast food business initially.

We have united 3 of our friends, food fanatics and young entrepreneurs with a vision to give customers quality snacks at an affordable price. We have formed a company named ‘Unique Food Express Pvt. Ltd.’ which consists of 3 of us, who will also be its directors as well as share holders.

As per the mutual decision undertaken by all the directors, we have registered a brand name “Unix” for our fast food products under Unique Food Express Pvt. Ltd.

We are feeling great deal of excitement as well as proud while launching our first product of our fast food i.e. Unix Kachori. Above mentioned Kachori recipe has been originated from famous Shegaon region from Buldhana, Maharashtra. We have started our first outlet at Shaniwar Peth, Pune and Spicer College Road, Sangavi. For selling Kachori in local markets we are using the name of the native place Shegaon, where this famous Kachori is originated.
